In this 3 part series on sensory integration for sensitives, we’ll work synergistically with meditation, deep energetic practices and processes inspired by Kirsty’s kinesiology practice and the deep intuitive wisdom of Rose’s light language messages and downloads. Week 1: Creating Safety (With Moro Reflex Integration) The Moro reflex is a primitive reflex of key importance to our survival and development during infancy... it helps us to take our first breath and produces a physical response to perceived threats. However, if optimal integration of this reflex doesn't occur our development is affected, particularly in terms of hypervigilance. The Moro reflex is connected to all the senses, and affects the production of stress hormones. Signs of a retained Moro reflex include sensitivity to sound/touch or light, emotional volatility, being fearful or easily startled, anxiety, reduced focus and difficulty with decision making!
